The hotel was excellent value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was fantastic, being very close to the city centre yet nestled in a quiet street. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed being able to swim outdoors in the middle of winter, thanks to the heated pool.

Our Christmas stay was pleasant, with the heated swimming pool and mineral pool being the two highlights. The location was a huge advantage, with the mall and many restaurants within walking distance. , the staff were very informative and helpful with the attractions in the area.

We were able to enjoy the sandy beach and take a lovely walk around the lake. there were plenty of options for food and shopping nearby. The service at the motel was top-notch, with the staff allowing us to check in early and providing us with everything we needed. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a fresh-smelling bathroom. The facilities, such as the heated outdoor pool and the indoor thermal pool, were excellent additions to our stay.
